Oats a la curd


So here goes my first recipe... This is a delicious healthy breakfast. It is very simple and can be done within 10 minutes. 

Ingredients:
Oats                                  -1 cup
Curd                                  -3 Tbsp
Jeera                                 -2 tsp
Green  Chilli                       -half
Turmeric  Powder               -1 tsp
Salt                                    -To taste
Oil                                     -2 tsp
Chaat masala (optional)       -2 tsp

Method:
  1.  Soak the oats in the curd for a couple of minutes. Make sure it is in a paste consistency. (Adjust your quantity of curd accordingly)
  2.  Heat the oil in a pan.
  3.  Add jeera, turmeric powder and green chilli to it.
  4.  Once you hear the popping sound, add the oats-curd mixture to it and keep stirring for few minutes.
  5.  Add salt and chaat masala as per your taste.
  6.  After a while the mixture starts to leave the pan. Switch off the stove immediately and your Oats a la curd is ready to serve
